About Mike DeVies
Having lived and worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Canada, Mike can evidence a wide-ranging experience base – from the derring-do of army days to the wild times as a North Sea oil-rig roughneck, it has been a winding way to today’s sanguine coach, and leader. All he can really say is that he trusts his instincts and that he understands a thing or two about ‘real life’ – what might work, and what might well sink. Mike is known to be a naturally curious individual with a strategic outlook, sound judgement, and a genuine desire to encourage, coach, and facilitate the pursuit of insight and learning. He is a business philosopher with a natural flair for interpreting the most complex of issues, and delivering straight forward, practicable, and realizable outcomes. He is an exceptional coach, facilitator, trainer, educator, and thinker.

certified as a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator method by Robert Rassmussen, one of the method’s original creators.
